Mazda Drummondville

I had a really bad experience with Mazda Drummondville. I’m from Laval, so it’s already a long drive, and we left early at 8am to get there around 10–10:30am for a 2022 Dodge Charger we had confirmed with the salesman.nnHalfway there, I get a message saying the car was sold the night before. No call, no heads up in the morning, nothing. They knew we were coming from far and still didn’t bother to let us know earlier.nnCompletely wasted our time and gas. Very unprofessional.

I was on vacation, on the way to Saguenay from Toronto with my family of five and a dog last week when my Mazda CX9 had a gas leak in the fuel injector. I sent it to Mazda Drummondville, where I was served by Tommy who understood the urgency and promptly got his mechanic to work on the car. Within 15 minutes, he had sent me back to my hotel where we had put up, with their driver Bernard, who was able to recommend me sights I could visit on my trip. Thanks, Bernard. We did visit Ile de Coudres and enjoyed it. Within a couple of hours, David called to let me know they have identified the problem and are fixing it; and that I should be able to get the car back shortly. Shortly after, Bernard came to pick me up and again, and I was able to have my car back.nAll this is to say that my experience at Mazda Drummondville was an extremely pleasant one. It is never fun to have a car problem on the first day of your vacation. But the staff at Mazda just made everything feel so much better. Thanks, Tommy, Bernard and David. I truly appreciate what you guys did. You are a credit to your organization.
