We had a tire on our pop up that needed to be replaced for our trip home. The staff was fantastic, ordered in our tires, and before we left they switched our hitch around for mor eleven pulling, cleaned out electric connection, gave us some safety tips as we are new to our pop-up trailer. In my opinion they went above and beyond to ensure we were safe on the road! Thanks everyone!!

Nobody asked us if we needed help. There were 5 people working and we are new to the biking world and were looking for gear and stuff.Dissappointed.

On our vacation to the island I had many questions about my hitch and trailer purchased in Ottawa. Dan was most helpful with explanations and diagrams and spent considerable time with me even knowing that I wasn't there to purchase anything. An expert who evidently enjoys what he does. Highly recommended.
