Highly recommend it. Small and cramped but the people and atmosphere make it so worthwhile. You can't beat what they offer as far as price and motivation, personal attention- they want you to reach your goals as much as you do. You will never feel like 'just another gym member.'

The staff and fellow members is what makes this gym top notch! Just talking with them, and hearing some of the health journeys will inspire you instantly! Love being a Towney and would never consider another gym!

Real friendly and genuine people. Lower rating is due to HIGH member  prices & not enough machines (only 2 treadmills etc) Unless you go really late at night...you'll be waiting for machines.  :(
