Joining GoodLife Fitness in Orangeville over six years ago has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness journey. The group fitness classes are second to none! Body Combat 100, recently released, was an absolute blast—Natasha, Julia, and Jenna filled the room with energy, making it both challenging and incredibly fun.nnBody Pump and Body Step are also among my favourites. Instructors like Melanie, Ashley, and Alex know how to keep each class dynamic and motivating, so I always feel inspired to push my limits. From the friendly welcome at the front door to the vibrant class atmosphere, Orangeville GoodLife feels like a true fitness community. Highly recommend this club for anyone looking to reach their goals with support and inspiration.
We decided to start our journey with goodlife today, and Iva, was the lady who had helped us. She was absolutely amazing! She helped us let our guard down, and really helped us look at the gym as a great place to be, that has something for everyone. We're excited to be working with Iva, and starting a new chapter at the gym!
Honestly I’m glad this gym is finally improving and getting better machines because it’s about time and so many people pay for memberships for this gym specifically. The problem is they keep 3 squat racks in the personal training area and only 2 for everyone to use. I know they don’t need 3 squat racks in personal training and it’s just wishful thinking. Their personal trainers are all either children or the one older lady but regardless none of them are fit enough to train others. I couldn’t believe when I saw the staff at this gym. Paying them to give you personal training would be the biggest waste of money. Also the petite light brown haired girl is a spazz for absolutely no reason and I saw snapping at the other kids working there. Very weird energy from staff. Move the squat racks so everyone can use them they’re catching dust in personal training area.
This facility is amazing. From the front desk reception, each class , instructors and departure everyone is friendly and considerate. It is clean and tidy, constantly being maintained. A pleasant atmosphere to workout in any daynnAll the instructors from the management level to the daily teachers are engaging, innovated, helpful and friendly. They encourage us through gentle reminders of proper stance and position and excellent examples.nnJulia is doing an amazing job of keeping the facility running smoothly. Jenna has developed a couple of excellent programmes-one of beneficial stretching with proper breathing; the other a quick effective core programme that challenges our core muscles which are so essential to proper poster and wellness. Kelly has been an inspiration with her core and stretching classes that once again work very important core muscles but in a different way from Jenna’s class.nnThis facility is an excellent example of a well run gym.
Most Goodlifes are pretty scummy imo so I'm not surprised this ones any different. I only have a membership for the sauna, for after my workouts at my real gym.nnSo my review is more directed towards my experience with my needs.nnThe cleaners are always working during busy peak times. Sometimes cleaning around and in the personal space of members trying to workout. One cleaner plugged his vacuum into the outlet behind a squat rack while I was in between sets. I had to wait for him to finish. No acknowledgement, no apology. Just oblivious and inconsiderate.nnI'm currently writing this review while the sauna is closed for cleaning. So far I've been waiting half hour. It's only 8pm, do this at night when 95% of members aren't here. I'm glad they're cleaning it because the members here throw all their garbage under the sauna bench. Classy ppl here.nnNo staff was at the front when I got here. I got my own towel from behind the counter. Usually there's 1 staff here and lucky if they look up from their cell phone to say hi.nnGoodLifes are the bottom of the commercial gym food chain. Once I get a sauna in my house I'll be canceling my membership.nnI'm sure the cleaners are good people just doing their jobnnbut Goodlife.. you can do better.
