Positive environment with great coaches who are always willing to go the extra mile and share knowledge. Workouts are fully explained in every session and can always be easily scaled for all levels of fitness, so no excuses not to get started. Immediately felt like part of the family after my first day. Incredibly friendly people to encourage you in the toughest workouts. And always a smiling face every visit!

Crossfit Brontide introduced me to crossfit.  Amazing experience, fantastic coaches and a great group of people who encourage everyone to be the best they can be.  I would recommend this to everyone.
