Town Centre Rehab Clinic

Very good place for massage and physio. Clean rooms, good relaxing music. Thry tale appointments well in advance and its usually easy to find someone on a weekend. Some of them are very well experienced and know how to ease many joint aches!

Currently I am the patient at this Clinic, as suffering chronic neck and upper back pain. 2 weeks ago I went to the Clinic for a physiotherapy treatment under the care of the Physiotherapist Vicky Xu, she is exceptional, considerable,very professional and respectful. The initial assessment was precisely point out my real problems, then followed with some adjustment and mechanical traction. The exercise that she advised to do at home is extremely helpful. After 3 treatments I fell much better , and regain some of the range of movement. I have been in many other physio before, and she is truly the best. The office staffs are friendly and efficient, and also her assistant is knowledgeable and helpful too. Highly recommend Vicky to anyone who is looking for a high quality care of physio treatment.

Thank you TCR team for fixing me back to life again and again and again when I call for SOS. Been going for almost ten years and they have never failed to revive rejuvenate revitalize. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Exceptional service as always.

My husband and I booked massages here. When we showed up 15 mins early we were advised that we were an hour late. When I asked if they tried calling us to ask where we were the receptionist's response was "uhm... well... the phone number... ehhhhhhhhhhhh..." as if she couldn't read it or something, and she was the one to write the appointment in her schedule a week ago. I can't recommend this place to anyone. Whether we may have actually been late or not (we weren't) their customer service skills were abysmal.

I booked an appointment for a O.H.I.P. situation. I made sure they knew it was O.H.I.P. when I phoned in and I had a doctors note. I have also had a 3 day hospital stay. When I arrived I handed them my note and OHIP card, the first thing she said to me is are you paying for this? Do you have coverage? Are you over 65? No to all three questions. They will not take me for my appointment. Just got off the phone with my surgeon and he said with his script I should not have a problem having this coverd by O.H.I.P. So even though they say they are OHIP funded this is not the case. Don't waste your time. Parking is not good as well.
