I had seen Ket during the pandemic in 2020-2021 when I had a badly pinched nerve. He rehabilitated me completely. I am seeing him once again for neck pain due to bad posture. He is so helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate and discusses other ways to help me outside of just exercise and he is so very kind. I will always go to him for my aches and pains. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I walked in to ask about booking an appointment with an RMT and the asian male receptionist was very kind and easy to chat with. While they are fully booked for the rest of the year its mid November right now, he took down my information in case of cancellations. I will update my review once I see a specialist from the clinic, but so far my first impression of this place is very positive. I hope I can call this place my usual clinic, as reviews are positive, and its not a far drive from where I live.
I went to Ket for a long while since 2007. He is a good and kindness person. Definitely will recommended him to others.
Plane Tree Physiotherapy is a serious place for ridding yourself of pain and suffering, we were very impressed with Ket Lu about his care and treatment of my wife problem with her left leg. He took time to listen and made excellent recommendations which we appreciate. This is our first time with him and we look forward for more in the future. The receptionist Amy was friendly and helpful too.
The clinic is clean, and the lady at the front desk is so helpful and kind. I saw Mr. Ket Lu, on time. He is a good listener to my complaints and very clever to explain my injury. He assisted me professionally, then gave me some tips, advice, and exercises to help me recover. It was a very good experience really, nice place, nice staff.
Sadhica is my go to for all things massage. That lady has impressive techniques and magic hands! I always leave feeling so much better.
Ket Lu explained my problems very clearly and walked through the exercises step by step in detail. There is a significant improvement of my back pain.
Ket Lu & his staff are very professional, helpful and organized, they make me feel welcome. : I found out about this clinic when I needed to go to physiotherapy for my foot, and it was close to the Progress Walk-in clinic.
Both Ket and Amy are very friendly and considerate of your needs and wishes. I am glad I was referred to Plane Tree
In 2010 I had cervical spine surgery which resulted in me losing the use of my hand. After 16 months of seeing 2 other physiotherapist, I tried Ket. He was able to gradually restore the use of my hand, provided tools and exercises for me to do at home. Over the years I have seen him whenever I have had different issues with my upper and lower back. Appointments are easy to get, he is flexible and his receptionist is very accommodating. I highly recommend Plane Tree/ Ket. Most importantly he is honest and work in the best interest of his patients.
