This place is the worst, pls don't go there. My review is a bit late as the incident happened in December but  it is unfair that I don't wan others to experience this. I essentially called this clinic prior to get treatment for my mom to ensure that it was covered by insurance. The lady on the phone said yes, we always call the insurance company first to get a quote and then we will proceed with the treatment. On the day of though, they didn't call the insurance company and proceeded with treatment. Later they said oh the insurance company doesn't deem our cost as a reasonable cost, so you have to pay out of pocket. I wasn't there otherwise I would have told my mom not to pay, as that's not what was told to me on the phone. I did my due diligence of calling in advance to figure out if the coverage fits with their fees, and they couldn't do the same courtesy towards a new client. It was very very upsetting and I feel bad that I read other google reviews and went there. This place cheats you.

This was my first experience with a physiotherapist. I found Kevin to be knowledgeable and polite. The treatment plan created was effective.   The location was clean and well lit. The staff were helpful. The parking can be a bit tight but it is free and it is shared parking with a Tim Horton's.
