My husband Jason and I are current renters at Totem Storage. They are friendly and easy to rent a unit from. Our key broke on in our lock near closing time. The young lady on duty was quick to come and assist us. The broken key was easily removed from the lock. Our unit is well maintained. It is quiet and secure.

I needed a storage unit last minute. The staff at Totom was extremely friendly and accommodating. I told them what I was looking to put in storage and they suggested a proper size. Everything has been great so far and I have recommended them to others!

I had days to find a storage unit and move cities. They were super friendly and ver accommodating. Always smiling! No initials fees besides unit rent! It is nice to use a service with awesome people to make the experience that much better!

Contacted Totem Storage on Friday, February 12th about shredding 20+ bankers boxes of sensitive documents for our office. Jason called us back immediately and arranged for a 9am pick up on Monday, February 15th. Service was friendly, fast and professional.
