Big Steel Box is incredibly professional and accountable. They accidentally did damage to my property when dropping off a crate when I was not there within minutes I was notified and within a hour they had a plan to rectify the damage. Justin has been in touch with me throughout the process keeping me updated and getting things done right and done fast. I am in customer service and they have exceeded my expectations throughout this process. A1 service would recommend to anyone!

Facebook just showed me the picture I took 1 year ago today of my Big Steel Box of belongings being dropped off at our new house. I have to say, you definitely know these guys are doing it right when after a YEAR you still feel 100% satisfied with the service they provided.

These folks are GREAT. Loading was easy - the box was spotless and delivered exactly where we needed it. Getting access while in storage has been as simple as a phone call. I highly recommend this company. Friendly, courteous office staff, professional drivers, competitive pricing. Couldn't be happier.
