Total Home Training South Shore

We have been with THT for about a year now and I can say that all aspects of my life have been improved, from my strength, energy and outlook. 20 lbs lighter and much more fit, it has helped me to find the "quality" time with the family, instead of being exhausted, tired and cranky all the time. Even my girls (very young kiddies) say that I am in the "happy club". Thanks to THT, and thanks to Melanie Bilodeau, who is tireless, always upbeat, with a great attitude and motivating. She's made all the difference.

This review relates particularly to ONE personal trainer from THT. I cannot speak for other trainers whom I have not worked with. I have worked out with a number of personal trainers for 10 years now. Never have I met such a motivating and inspiring trainer such as Stephanie Knafo. She is a genius when it comes to preparing workouts that combine the perfect balance between cardio and muscle toning for me. Thank you Steph!
