Toronto Vanity

My experience has been absolutely great with Toronto Vanity. I have done many bath renovations for my family son & daughter and myself in the past. The sales staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am a very careful and tactful person by nature and suspicious of low prices and not well known brands. I have dealt with Moen, with Riobel , not impressed with the quality and the support. I have experienced a very small issue with my Toronto Vanity purchase long after the original sale date and these guys came through with a replacement at no charge to me. I know exactly where I will be purchasing my next bath fixtures............Thanks TV...........Dennis

I was happy enough with my experience here and I was very happy with the price, but a few years later I must say I regret the vanity I bought here as the design and quality isn't great. The sink is completely flat at the bottom instead of slightly sloped, so it doesn't drain well and is always dirty with soap scum because of it. The faucet doesn't seem to work well unless it's a plumbing issue here? Not sure The little piece covering the "breathing hole" no idea what it's called lol! is metallic painted plastic and constantly falls out. The unit looks good but that's about all I can say for it. Unfortunately I am stuck with this sink for probably the rest of my life, my bad for not thinking it through I guess! But I also feel it should have been designed better from a functional point of view.

Toronto Vanity has one of the best selection of bath vanities I have ever seen. The prices are listed on their website which is the way every e-commerce store should function nowadays. Products look great and come assembled. Customer service is excellent. Highly recommend for anyone who doesn't want the big box store experience.

With their selection of modern & chic bathroom finishes offered at such competitive prices, they've made it difficult to shop anywhere else...not to mention the great staff. Keep up the good work guys.

I have been driving by for years and today I finally stopped in .So glad I did ,met with Barbra she was super helpful. She answered all my question and offered to select the product I need to retro 2 bathrooms. I did read the reviews the quality and price and service seem so very fair compared to the big boxes . I still will purchase here and work with Barbra .

The absolute nicest people and best service I’ve experienced in the longest time. I needed a custom toilet seat to replace a damaged one from a Reno a few years ago. Nuno gave me one and said to go try it out and if it fits then to come back and pay him later. 5 star service!!

Toronto Vanity has the poorest Customer Service I have encountered in the home renovation business and they don't make you feel valued as a Customer. If you order online and want to pay with a credit card the website says someone will contact you about your order. But nobody does. When you email to ask a question you will get one liner answers with no addressing you by name on the email. The Sales Rep just sends out abrasive responses and won't pick up the phone to call to solve an easily solvable issue. My impression is that they really don't care about your business, it's not in the company culture.

Amazing store and excellent staff !! I had a missing screw and they went above and beyond to get me one very quickly !! Miss Barbara, the front staff is very friendly and helped us with out any issues.

We couldn't have had a more pleasant time at Toronto Vanity. They have a lovely showroom with all their products from tubs to vanities to faucets. Their sales personnel are all just lovely. The first time we went in, we spoke to someone man who spent a generous amount of time showing us all of the vanities within our criteria. He was so patient and answered all of questions. The ladies who worked there were also quite exceptional. Definitely recommend for their products and professionalism.
