I purchased the EVA freestanding bathtub, it’s honesty fantastic.  the chroma therapy lights create a great atmosphere in the bathroom. It’s very relaxing. The jets are great for relaxing after a long day.  Highly recommend this store and location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Always ready to facilitate any request and get back really quick.  Mark

I have been dealing with this store as a contractor for about 5years. Their products are decent quality for reasonable prices. The best part is that mostly everything is in stock when needed. They get deliveries twice a week, so never a long wait to receive anything. Staff are helpful. Definitely recommend.

Harsh Prince's service was really great. I only went in to browse, and he took the time to hear what I wanted and showed me products that fit my needs. The helpful service made me return the next day to purchase my tub door, and I won't hesitate to go back to look for other items for my bathroom renovation.

I like a lot my purchased tub, glass shower enclosures, shower head extension,  and my purchased  matching bathroom set consisting of a vanity cabinet with sink and separate wall mirror and vertical swivel cabinet, all purchased at BathDepot Stockyards over the course of several months in 2022. I spoke with two employees during my visits and purchases.   Both employees were very good customer service wise.  I had a lot of questions and Harsh-Prince Singh remembered me from my earlier visits and took the time to listen and then help me select what I needed. I felt that when asked, his sharing tips from his previous trade knowledge was an asset and helpful for me so that I could properly assemble and install the purchased items.  I have been super happy with the items I bought so has my wife and kid. I have recommended to family and friends to try Bath Depot at Stockyards and once there to ask for Harsh-Prince. He has excellent customer service. Once we renovate our last bathroom in a couple of years, first stop will be Bath Depot at Stockyards and I'll ask to speak with Harsh- Prince for his advice and recommendations for instore items. I've got a great experience with the staff of the Bath Depot store. I was looking for the bathroom  vanity and needed  it really quickly. The staff of the store helped me to get it really fast without waiting for delivery few weeks. I was completely  happy. Thanks a lot!

Purchased a facet from bath depot. After having me drive to Woodbridge to pick it up from another store and realizing that it was used, they finally got me a new facet at the original location I ordered it from.  Thankfully, after having to replace the regulator on the brand new facet I installed, I managed to get it to work properly.  Not to worry though as they gave me 10 dollars off for all my troubles.

Helpful staff! Found exactly what I needed. There was a slight mix up when it came to picking up my products, not everything was ready on the day of pick up and I had to follow up again a few weeks later on when the additional item would be ready. Just seemed like some information didn’t get updated in the system.

We always had great experiences at the Stockyard location. Shubham and Nenad have always been helpful with the orders for all our projects, from placing an order to easy returns service, it's a seamless process each time. Truly appreciate the customer service rendered to us!!

The service at Bath Depot, specifically in dealing with Harsh, was awesome and easy. He was knowledgeable and willing to look at what would be workable for our situation. Thank you for your great service Harsh!

WORST customer service. Their delivery times mean nothing on the website. I was promised to have a shower screen delivered prior to the start of my construction. The item i ordered was in stock but did not ship for two weeks after i had placed the order. Because of this i had to pay a contractor to come back and finish the installation. When i called the customer service line, the woman i spoke to never called me back when she said she would and actually hung the phone up on me.
