DO NOT step foot in this place unless you want to be ROBBED. Had the WORST experience ever. The work I asked to be done was NOT done as they said, and they did work I DID NOT ask for. Greg’s favorite line is, that will be 2 hours. Everything is 2 hours just for looking at something. I had a awning spring replaced, that I did not ask for or need, and he said he put in a used one, which is NOT true. Charged me $350 to paint a propane tank that I had just painted myself 2 days before like he asked me to do in order to certify the system. When he seen it he said it was good. But when I got the bill I was charged $350 for a re- paint, but it looked no different than what I did. Charged me $250 to put ONE cable on the house battery and $100 to replace a $5 bulb on my range exhaust fan. That’s just to mention some of the rip off. But the kicker was, while my wife was paying the bill I inspected the work and was ready to freak out ( but didn’t wanna go to prison) I noticed the door that operates the electric step needed a tiny magnet so I asked for one and he came out and gave me one but had my wife go back in and pay $5 lousy stinking dollars. You would think after ripping me off for HUNDREDS he would throw it in for NOTHING. UN FRICKEN REAL. NO CLASS. These low life’s could of earned more in the long run by keeping me as a customer but they knew I was a first time RV owner and took me to the cleaners. DON’T LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU. STAY AWAY.

I can't say enough about how friendly everyone is. I just bought a Coleman travel trailer and the entire experience for a first timer couldn't have been more helpful. Vito is absolutely the best - He let me and my kids look at options even on family day when the place was closed. He spent a lot of time with me helping me decide the right trailer (talked me down from bigger options to suit my car) and with showing me how everything works - he's a guy who really knows his stuff. Thank you Don Vito ! There is a lot to know about towing trailers and RVs and I found the experience very comfortable and educational. If you are already experienced in this area, I am sure Vito and his team will have helpful hints for you as well, but if you are just starting out, they are just wonderful and will provide what I have found to be very very helpful and insightful advice. If Vito doesn't think something is right for you (too big, unnecessary) he will tell you. Check out this place. You will be in excellent hands.
