Went camping here for our anniversary a few weeks ago and the hwy is too close and very loud. We drove 5 hrs to enjoy the city and ran into some bad weather and wanted to rent one of the cabins that were there and was told we couldn't because there wasn't enough staff to clean it after. They turned down a couple hundred dollars because no one wanted to clean them! The man at the gate was pretty rude but everyone else seemed pleasant. Postive- It's small and clean, there is tons of chipmunks and a little running stream that you cant hear over the roaring hwy. It is cheaper than a hotel though.

I've camped here twice already and I certainly will be coming again! I really like its proximity to downtown Toronto and to many stores and restaurants just a few minutes away. The campground is really beautiful and quiet. The bathrooms are okay and not too far from any site. They were accommodating enough to let us check in the second day because we arrived late at night. I definitely enjoyed both stays.

Small in the city camp ground. We came during their fall hours. The staff was helpful but they had no ice on hand. The park is well kept and clean.

Great place for fall hike. Take your dog. Lovely wooded setting on lower end open fields in northern part.

Excellent place for camping and hiking. Usually friendly people hiking. A lot of people with dogs off leash. Not a good place for people who don't like dogs. I love this place. Keep bugspray.
