We have done a team building retreat here for 2 years in a row and they really know how to take care of us. We rent 5-6 cabins, bond over great food and a campfire. Then we sleep in a nice clean cabin that can easily accommodate 4-6 people. Thanks for the great service and nice play to stay.

We stayed for a total of three and a half days and four nights while touring Toronto. Overall, it is a decent park to stay at. The office staff is nice and accommodating. 30/50 amp services and water. Lots are crushed gravel and relatively level. There are cabins for rent with delux cabins deeper in the park. There is also lots for primative camping. There is a playground and a small fenced in area for dogs to run. If you want to stay out after park hours, be sure to get the fab key ($10 CN refundable when you return the key), it is the only way back in when the gates are down. The laundry area is nice with two washers and three driers. My biggest complaint and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the showers and bathroom areas were dirty. In the whole entire time we were there, no one had cleaned the bathrooms and showers. They would be rather decent if it weren't for the care they did not get. The bathrooms and showers near the delux cabins were also filthy and in need of an upgrade. Note to the managers: please provide a clean place for people to use the bathroom and showers, an hour a day would be suffient in keeping them clean.

We came with three families. Staff are very friendly. The washrooms and laundry rooms are very clean and the campsites are average size. The only negative to thing to this place is your next to the 401 and very loud traffic noise.

The staff was terrific. Great laundry and shower. The food was terrific too ( oh yeah, we cooked that! )

Loud highway next to campgrounds. Two main bathrooms, but the ones near the front office are nicer. Shower changing room floors caked in unwashed dirt, lots of black flies everywhere too. Water is warm and the pressure is ok, just wear sandals and try not to touch anything. Camp kitchen isn't great, just a small shack with old appliances. Laundry room is quite nice. Good camping spot if you don't mind the highway noise (I didn't). Kind of crappy compared to Sault Ste Marie and Thunder Bay KOA's. Needs upgrades and better cleaning. You pay more at KOA's compared to provincial/national campgrounds, but usually they make it worth the money. Also, firewood is expensive. Just buy it at the gas station.
