Topper's Pizza Whitby

Placed an order through Uber Eats for 2 small cheese pizzas…..what we received were two small pizzas missing 2/3 of the cheese!! Called toppers and they took zero responsibility for the poor quality and said there was nothing they could do because it was ordered through Uber! Shouldn’t matter where the order was placed, the person delivering didn’t make the order!

I visited on Saturday November 02/2024 and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff appeared unclean the lady who works in there was touching her hair and rubbing neck and she were quite rude when I raised a question about my order. This made me uncomfortable and affected my overall experience never visiting again.

They must of switched owners, use to be good.nNow they look after their own delivery and I believe have family members doing the delivery.n5 minutes from the store but they drive for 35 minutes before dropping my cold food.

I ordered 2 small cheese pizzas and 2 orders of garlic sticks. Everything was absolutely cold. Pizzas were not at all fresh, sauce was dry and old and almost no cheese. Bread stick were so hard no one could bite through them. Almost a 50$ order all tossed in garbage

I will start of saying the pizza is delicious. Among the best I’ve ever had. The honey garlic dipping sauce is amazing also. A bit disappointed with the size of the small though.
