Domino's Pizza

At one time this store would have received 5 star rating from me. Ordered tonight online as directed by the order taker when I called in as the pizza is on special via online ordering. Email confirmation after ordering said 33 minutes for delivery. After an hour I called the store and was advised the tracker tool does not provide accurate delivery times nor does the email confirmation. I was advised the delivery may take up to 2 hours. Then I was hung up on. An hour and 50 minutes later the door bell rings. I advised the driver in regards to the issue at hand and she advised that she would not blame me for not taking the order. I call the store back and spoke with manager this time. She advised they are busy, and over 50 orders have been cancelled so far. I asked her how she remediates those customer complaints. She advised that staff is trained to offer the pizza for free. At this time she says your pizza just came back to the store if you want it we will bring it back for free. I thank her for the offer. Lol I am not going accept the offer. Staff and Manager at this location need better training. Manager advised me to call head office and complain. She said that when ever they have these online sales this always happens. My question to her was do they surprise you with these sales? She advised no, we are given notice. One would think you would bring in extra staff for such an occasion. That’s just me thinking out loud here, but what do I know.....

Excellent service. Always order online and everything's ready when I get to the store. Great deals and coupons. Excellent service at this location.

Alright prices most times good service but it just don't compare to dominoes in AB need to match the recipes. Need to press harder when slicing the pizza should be cut not just marked

The delivery guy that is driving a dark small Suv thinks racing in residential area is cool. Way to go dude...two thumbs up.
