Topper's Pizza North Bay

This Toppers location is high quality and fast. They do delivery only. We've never waited for more than 45 minutes. The pizza has always been delicious. No complaints.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service and the outcome of my recent visit to Toppers. I called ahead to order pizzas for my family, and was told it would take 25 minutes to be done. We left immediately and drove the 35 minutes to North Bay to get our food, and when we arrived it was cold. It had been left on a shelf to the side, not in a heated area which literally any other pizza establishment would have done. The woman at the counter was very rude. When we mentioned that it was cold she was very impolite and just said "Well you called an hour ago" which was untrue as it only took us 35 minutes to get there. On top of that, when we got home we realized one pizza was missing it's topping, and while eating a slice of pizza I found multiple long black hairs cooked into the crust. I'm repulsed by the quality of this pizza and the service at this location. Absolutely would not recommend to ANYBODY.

I have tried all the pizza in North Bay and area. Toppers is by far the best!!! If you want authentic Italian crust Topper's is the only one. Made on site daily! That's the difference!Staff are polite friendly helpful. Any body who puts Toppers down is on cheap drugs. I buy there weekly. I love you Toppers!

Pizza is always great. Great service fast delivery. Wings...they could use some improvement/made differently

Ordered 2 pizzas and they come standard without tomato sauce according to the store..$52 and we get 2 pizzas without tomato sauce. Our fault for not knowing we had to add that. Also put on hold for 10 minutes getting to listen to ads. Service has steadily gone down hill.
