I had the grossest dinner tonight thanks to #pizzapizza. Walked into the Collingwood location ordered deep fried pickles and deep fried jalapenos. Waited at the only free table which was littered with random half eaten pizza crusts. Got home and the pickles were a burnt wad and raw on the inside the jalapenos we're not cooked and raw. 45 minutes on the phone and they offered a store credit or a refund worth 50% of what I paid instead of a full refund. Inedible, not fully cooked and completely their mistake and I cannot have a full refund. Like I want to eat that sh@t now. This was supposed to be a special treat. Barf........ pics are supposed to be deep fried pickles
This is absolutely the worst pizza and customer service experience I have ever experienced. Aside from entire order missing items, the pizzas were burnt and taste awful we had to order from another local pizza house. When confronted, the staff laughed several times and spoke only in hindi to each other while making fun of me... the customer. Sad to see this type of behavior in Collingwood, an area that thrives from tourists like myself. Such a shame this racist behavior still exists in 2022. I will no longer support pizza pizza.

Ordered a Pizza via delivery and it tasted like butter chicken curry and we didn’t order that so either they are not changing gloves or washing their hands when making different pizzas or something is up. Also the Garlic Dipping Sauce is watery now so I’m not sure what’s up there as it used to be thick. We also ordered and paid for 5 toppings on the Pizza and there was only very minimal of everything. Not impressed with this purchase at this location and kinda turned me off from ordering Pizza Pizza again anywhere.
Pizza looks very beautiful and delicious.chef made my day and the staff was so friendly that girl and boy took my order very humbly..i will definitely visit again.
Excellent customer service. I visited lot of pizza pizza stores no one can explain to offers and what it’s expecting customers well knows that cashier girl I think that girl name Robal but she is busy that time she is so friendly definitely we will come back again thanks
Had a great experience, stuff are respectful and the pizza was delicious anytime you happen to be in this area do well to order your pizza from them
Both orders were wrong! Ultimate pepperoni is just a regular rip off pepperoni. The 4 topping was supposed to have sausage not pepperoni. $50+ order. CHECK YOUR PIZZA BEFORE YOU PAY

This is a great place to pop into for pizza. The people working are nice. The food is hot and fresh. It's a clean place to sit and eat. All around great!Food: 5/5
