Great selection of trendy from clothing for young generation, we went to West Edmonton my teenage daughter enjoyed shopping , trendy clothes , books , arts & accessories. Store is open & bright easy to shop & very well organized . Excellent customer services.
They had lots of nice stuff on sale which was nice. However, none of the employees came to ask if I needed a hand. They did however ask multiple people around me if they needed help. They asked someone if they needed help twice, and I didn’t get asked once. I noticed the people they asked were all attractive skinny people. It was really disappointing and I was very sad leaving the place I did purchase something and the person at the till was sweet. This wasn’t the first time this has happened too. And I’ve never been rude to the staff either! I would understand if I had said something off putting or rude, but I just walked around and didn’t even say anything. Super sad to see employees ignoring customers that aren’t stick skinny or text book attractive. I also saw them ignoring a bunch of other men and older people as well and just went straight to the younger skinny attractive people. Can’t even imagine how they treat their plus sized customers : I’m only posting this because I’ve seen this happen pretty much every time I’ve shopped here : It’s so disheartening and upsetting. Please, try to be a little bit more aware of your customers and offer everyone help, not just those who look “good”. I’m really not mad, I’m just super sad about the whole thing, and I don’t want others to have the same experience.
I had an amazing experience looking for a toque. The worker there Abby was super friendly and inviting and answered my questions the best she could. 10/10
A lot of stuff is over priced. But you can get some great deals some times and they have some cool vinyl records of that's your thing.
Love this store. I can always find something unique here. Great selection of novelty items, gifts, and vinyls which is what I usually shop for. Staff are friendly and they take SPC which is a plus!
This is the hottest store! No literally, it's like 500⁰F in this place. Do everyone a favor and have your metal halide bulbs changed to LED and have the terminal reheat boxes on your extended plenum system checked. I was in your store 2 days ago and noticed you've got damper actuators stuck shut. I can't spend more than 5 minutes in this store.
The person who helped me with my online order was very kind and professional.
Poor performance, I did not receive my order, nor compensation was made for it.
Prices are a bit high but the staff was extremely helpful found exactly what i needed and for the right price
I don't know about I never shop there for stuff
