Top Donair

Totally disappointed. Ordered 2 donairs. 1 cheeseburger , a salad and a large fry. The food was totally cold. The fries were old and stale. Salad was just all sauce. No meat on the donairs , it was all veggies. Called to ask why everything in my order was garbage and the guy disregarded me, acted like he didn't even know what I was saying. Never ordering from these people again.

Walked in was greeted by some very kind gentleman who helped me to a very nice Donair with extra sauce nice and crispy fries couldn't ask for more will be coming back for moreFood: 5/5

Fist bump for the excellent customer service to go along with the excellent donair.. as a frazzled single parent to very spirited child, I am super appreciative to have felt so welcomed! Really, really good donairs and you can't argue with the portions you get either.. Kid-friendliness: They really made me feel welcome even though my kid just wanted to put on a show for them by misbehaving.. kids..

My order got confused on skip the dishes. When I contacted the company they were helpful, kind, and gave solutions. The food that I did receive was wonderful. I will order from them again based on quality and the customer service. I really appreciate a company that is willing to work together with the customer to resolve issues. Thank you Top Donair.

The quality of food they serve has truly gone down! Totally disappointed, I ordered the chicken donair combo with fries and a drink on takeout. My donair was cold and the fries were old and stale. There was barely any meat on the donairs, all veggies and way too much sauce. Never ordering from here again.

Tonight we decided to order in, although we have been to top a few times . Never ti disappoint, top delivered top service tonight. We ordered two donairs, a cheeseburger, chicken fingers and fries, onion rings and drinks. Food was delicious and yummy. Top is a great restaurant and we love going there

While it doesn't hold up to Swiss Donair in-terms of tasty donairs, Top Donair is a decent spot with more flexible hours, a broader menu including rice dishes, and slightly better pricing than its neighbor. The meat could benefit from some more generous seasoning, the sweet sauce could be stronger, and there could be more onions and tomatoes added to cut the saltiness/greasiness of the meat. With that being said, it is still a tasty Edmonton style donair.

Located next to another popular donair competitor, Top Donair impressed me with their cozy atmosphere, wide selection of items, and competitive pricing. For date night we decided on the Beef Donair and Chicken Shawarma plates. It was a bit of a wait, but considering they had only 3 staff on and the comparatively lower prices I thought it was fair. Will be returning in the near future to try the donairs!

I ordered a jumbo donair that was far from jumbo and was missing half the toppings I ordered. The fries were old and cold, not cool.
