I entered one day and a staff member named Megan had subdued a woman I assume for theft. I get you wanted to stop her but staff don't have the right to put their hands on people. If that woman has health conditions and was hurt she could easily sue. Megan should be spoken to an minimum.

Megan is a rude girl I'm not coming back to this location as long as she remains.

Walking into the shop I was greeted in a friendly manner by very informative staff. The tender tootsies store is located inside the Seaway Mall in Welland. If you're looking for a comfy shoes or have wide feet definitely check out this place. The staff are very helpful here
