Worst shoe company ever.... I bought a GANT shoes which is after 5 weeks had some small damage on it , so I had to return it. ONLY needed to REPAIR the shoe I knew this type wasnt available anymore , so i couldnt get a new one. I told them, INCASE THE REPAIR IS NOT POSSIBLE I WANT THE SHOE BACK. 3 weeks later received an email, IT CANT BE REPAIR, AND I WILL NOT GET MY SHOE BACK EITHER. They didnt respected my requirements. Im soooooo upset. DO not buy anything here. Incase of CLAIM they will ignore your wish.

I have never seen such a rude employee in my life. I wanted to try 38 of the shoes. In an instant, he took the number 37 in my hand. When I asked why you were angry with me, he started walking without caring. NEVER BUY SHOES FROM OFFICE SHOES VACLAV.

The absolute worst customer service even if in Prague in a lot of places that seems to be a norm. The girl was very unfriendly and seemed very bothered with me wanting to have a shoe of my size. Even if I liked the shoes, I'd never buy them from such a person who seems to be almost disgusted by my presence. I hope she finds joy in her life.

Worst experience, worst customer service. Bought my daughter a pair of sandals, that lasted 10 days only! walking in the city no parks, no sand, no hard conditions .. the shoes started ripping. Was told my child uses to much force walking! Ridiculous & so frustrating. Shame on this shop. After reading all the reviews below, I am not surprised. Let alone how they dealt with the situation in the store was just atrocious. The shop assistant ripped the box of shoes from my hand, when I refused to sign the statement, that I agree with their evaluation of the damage. Said she won’t give me MY shoes, unless I sign it. I am considering sending The Consumer COI to investigate this business and their poor practices. I took my claim directly with the manufacturer in Italy, let’s see what happens. Never again will I set my foot in this shop. In any other country this would never happen. In the meantime I had to buy my kid another pair of sandals, i did so at Bata, she runs in them, goes to park, swimming pool, the shoes are perfectly fine, no rips and no issues. Don’t waste your time, money and energy at this shop! It’s horrible. this was at the Destroy store at Andel

Picked up a shoe and was informed that'd be more expensive due to wrong shelf placement. The girls who work there think they are doing a favour to you, a really poor customer service. Bottom line: the store is a mess and you shouldn't go there if you expect any acceptable level of service.

A bit over expensive and a bit small place. But people were very nice, would recommend, a lot of stock and different shoes

Worst client support I've seen. First you wait for a veeeery long time to get attended, then you wait even longer for the shoes to come and the sellers are very antipathic and not helpful. Would run far from this place

The male staff's attitute is aweful. He didn't treat me like a customer, and even didn't look at me when I was paying for the shoes. I don't know if his rude attitute is because of discremination. Anyway, don't go this shop if you're Asian.

Hi OWNER shoes store OFFICE : I went to this store 11 oct.2017 i have got a very very low service between 1 to 10 give then 3. Althow I baught a shoe. The next day I went again to buy the same shoe but in black. The lady name VERONIKA look at me like I am an AIR . And contineu with her things. Then I asked her about the same shoe but black she said "no shoe" . I show her on the wall then she said "OK" and she brought me that. She did not want to work. Then I saw the service there is "minus 10" even not ZERO. SO THE PEOPLE THAT READ THIS .....
