Three of us went for lunch, at 1pm. One of us had the Soup and Sandwich, the other two of us had fish and fries. The soup was overly peppered, and quite strong, while the sandwich was great. The fish on both plates was burned, dry and tough. The waitress simply asked 'what would you like me to do about it?' At the end of the meal, the waitress made excuses for the cook, saying the kitchen order had been delayed and as such, the cook was unable to change the oil which was the cause of the burned fish. Service was great, but the food was mediocre at best.

We had reservations in the lounge for 10 people. When I made the reservation I was not made aware of their practice of adding a tip to the bill, but have encountered this at many other dining establishments and have no problem with it. 6 of us arrived at the lounge together, were sat and after a bit of a wait ordered drinks (wine and beer). After a few minutes the other 4 arrived. It took over 20 minutes to get our drinks. I understand the food being slow if the dining room is busy but we only had beer, wine and a paralyzer. The food was edible, but the service was terrible. At no time when we were there was the lounge at capacity. And there was a table of 8 and 1 of 6 but they were already finished eating and plates were cleared. To be expected to pay 18% tip is ridiculous for sub par service. After a discussion with the server she removed the mandatory tip and we tipped what we wanted (10%)

A delightful dining experience. Our waitress was so accommodating. The meals and drinks were wonderful. Thank you.

Prices seem a little high for what you get. I picked up an order to go and waited at the counter for over 15 minutes before anyone noticed I was there. Maybe a better floor plan is needed for the restaurant.

They say what they stand for.... Their Ribs are fantastic... Great place for Ribs
