Boston Pizza

We ordered pizza at 1155, we got there at 1208. We were told the pizza would be done in 20 minutes, and it was done right on time. Brittany had mentioned that she forgot to charge us for the bolagnase sauce and it would be on the house. When our phone wouldnt work for tap and we had forgotten our wallets, she gave us the pizza and sauce for free. Usually a 40$ value. If you are looking for quality customer service and good tasting food and a management staff with integrity you found the spot!

We ordered from Mosey’s a BBQ restaurant that is affiliated with Boston Pizza and uses their kitchen through skip the dishes. An entire item was missing and one of my kids was left without dinner. I was really Frustrated as it was my birthday and I just wanted a nice dinner at home with my kids. Skip the dishes was no help, but I called Boston Pizza and they went over and above to help me in this situation. Not sure who the manager was it was 7:30 pm on March 5, 2026 but huge kudos to their customer service!! The food was tasty too.

Boneless wings where great but the wings with bones tasted horrible only had one bite and knew something was wrong. I informed the waiter but still made me pay for them.

A few days ago me and a friend were visiting GP and went to have lunch at this location, our waitress was not friendly at all, first, the table was dirty and then when she brought us our food she plopped it on the table and left, and disappeared, there was nothing for the fries so we waited several minutes to see if there was anyone available but no one came out from the kitchen, So we had to call the restaurant to get someone on the phone to tell them we needed Ketchup, pretty sad eh?, she then brought the ketchup plopped it on the table, said nothing and left, no apologies nothing, the food wasn’t that great. Service sucked and no tip was left. I will not tip shitty service. If you’re gonna be a waitress and work with the public at least put a smile on your face.

We came in for a family meal. We waited over 40 minutes before someone even took our drink order. Waited another 45 minutes for a pizza. Waitress never even came over and asked if we needed refills. Had to track someone down to even pay our bill. Worst experience I’ve ever seen. Tables were filthy. Floors are disgusting. Bathrooms not clean.
