WOW!!! What a terrible dining experience. Everything went wrong since the arrival. The hostess did not greet. The waitress was not interested in our table throughout the visit. It took 45 minutes before we saw anything on our table. They did not honor happy hour outside the lounge. ( make it clear on your banner outside the building that happy hour only applies in the lounge.) I do not understand how this place is still in business.

I went today to celebrate my friend’s 18th birthday and I have to say we made the right choice. Costumer service was fantastic especially our server, she was the sweetest girl there! You’re doing amazing sweetie. Totally would recommend!

Went to the west side location with some friends for some wings and beer. The bar staff was amazing and even the manager Jarrett came to the table to make sure everything was fantastic. I have had mixed service here before, but was extremely happy with the way our table was treated today. A great night had with friends and great service provided by Jarrett and his team!

Good food and good service. I had a bad experience once and I left a comment on the website from the receipt and the Manger contacted me right away. Other than that one time I always get good service!
