Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

Seated fairly fast, stuffed cheese bread appy was almost too good. the main dish of chicken and ribs was good. Great on refills. Dessert was delicious! All the food came out fast and warm. Very happy.

We went to this location for the first time tonight it was "ok" but nothing great and I love Swiss Chalet. The guy who sat us at our table was very friendly, however the waitress Allison was not. When she brought our food out we had asked for a few things so we could enjoy our meal, she then rolled her eyes when she walked away... that's your job to help the guests. She avoided us the rest of the time after that, checking on the table next to us more then once but not ours. I feel the food could have been hotter and the restaurant was beyond freezing.

After eating there, both my friend and I got sick. It was like a mild food poisoning but not fun at all. First time I go through this.

Sorely disappointed. Slow service in an empty restaurant, had to ask for chalet sauce - like its an extra that isnt included, half the food was lukewarm- not even close to hot. After 30 years I think Swiss Chalet is at its worst- can no longer spend my money there.

Horrible food, understaffed, waited a half an hour to pay my bill, wife and kids walked out to the van as i sat there with dirty dishes on the table waiting at least 20 of those minutes to pay, will never go here again
