I was treated like a king today at Tony Roma’s. My server Paul was on point with everything from service to his excellent recommendations. The kitchen sent out some tremendous beef ribs, with a house made bbq sauce that has to be in my top three bbq sauces that I’ve ever had in my life. I clearly over did myself today. It’s been four hours since I ate and I’m still full. Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. Take out is also available.
Great service and super clean area, sides could be warmer though mashed potatoes were slightly cold and others at my table also said sides could be warmer. The staff was great and did what they could as we were behind a 25 person table, so more staff could be on shift if knowing such a group would be arriving. The prime rib I had was delicious and others also were quite happy with their prime rib, also baby back ribs were excellent. Would return again.
Had surprise party so lots of different plates ordered. Everyone was satisfied. Cheesecake was given to birthday individual. Awesome service and prices were reasonable. Gratuities were already added to bill.Food: 5/5

Had a very displeasing experience here. Came for family day dinner with my parents, and Had a very negative experience. The waitress we had was extremely rude, made many passive aggressive comments, and flipped out on other staff many times. It was a hassle just for my mother to get extra butter. The food was alright. The host gentlemen at the front was the only kind and welcoming staff member we encountered. That’s the only reason they get 2 stars
Great food but very poor communication skills from a few of the staff members, we went for dinner here a few times. Unfortunately the last time we went there we went a little late, upon telling the greeter at the door, respectfully, that we were told the wrong information from another staff member we phoned prior to going there she gave us a disgusting tone of voice stating that “we are closed” along side stating “I’m pretty sure I know when we close”. We were communicating with a respectful tone and using proper communication skill. knowing how to speak to other people is a qualification I think all staff member everywhere should know. Very disappointed to have been greeted with such poor service. Ruined it for us to ever want to go back here. Especially when we were just trying to have a good night.
Ordered salmon with veggies and garlic mashed potatoes. When I received my delivery it was missing my potatoes. I called Tony Roma’s and they said they couldn’t do anything about it, even though it was their error. They didn’t even attempt to rectify the issue. So I paid almost $50 after delivery charges for cold/tasteless & dry salmon and flavourless veggies. After a long day of airports and travelling I’m left hungry & disappointed. Not impressed.
