I ordered a flower and teacup arrangement for a get-well-soon gift. The flowers were beautiful but they were delivered in a giant coffee mug. Our daughter hates coffee, can't even stand the smell, so getting something in a coffee mug was not ideal. I had requested the tea cup because she collects them. I contacted the shop and they immediately rectified the situation and delivered a teacup. She loves it. A mistake was made but it was immediately corrected. Customer service was excellent and the roses were beautiful! I would use this shop again.

I ordered a bouquet called My Heart Is Yours because it is "architecturally" pleasing it was to the eye. It was orderly and disciplined. She said she liked the bouquet and sent me a picture. I was just sick. The vase was to be a shiny round ball. I guess at least what she got was red. The arrangement, if you want to call it that, was just thrown together. A few of the flowers were the same. And the colors were correct. But this was NOT a bouquet that was pleasing to the eye. I sent her back a picture of what it was SUPPOSE to have looked like....of what I PAID FOR. I am done with ordering flowers. From now on I'll just print out a picture of flowers and send a gift card.

Messy, but the flowers are good. Isn't too pricy either.
