Lisa and her staff are amazing! We had a 3-piece Wedding set custom designed and made at Tompkins Jewellers. Every step of this experience was wonderful and exciting; from deciding on the type of metal, diamond size and style combos. Lisa has great knowledge and ideas, while really listening to your likes and dislikes. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted, but after trying on different types of rings, realized there were others that looked much nicer on my hand. I never thought I would ever have such a beautiful wedding set. Every time I step into Tompkins Jewellers it is a pleasant experience with all the staff members. You can really tell they all love being there and want to satisfy every customer. Thank you to each and every one of you.

Tompkins is the best place to go if you want amazing jewelry, especially if you’re looking for anything custom made! I’ve had the pleasure of many purchases in the store and Lisa and her staff are always kind and so helpful. Their selection is amazing and I love the different jewellery Lisa brings in. I will always recommend Tompkins as the place to go for jewelry with the best service!

I am so impressed with the exceptional service, design, quality, and integrity of all the staff at Tompkins! My Hubby and Lisa designed our wedding ring and they worked with me for a long while in order to get it just right! Scott is a genius! We are so happy with this beautiful ring and the such attention to detail! Thank you!
