I'll start by saying I'm not a jewelry person and have never bought anything from a store like this before. To say I was overwhelmed is a understatement and with the amount of jewelry stores in our mall I was lost. The staff at Paris was friendly, fun and most important made me feel comfortable in this experience had other places looking down their nose at me or trying to up sell as they could see i was clueless. So thank you Paris and if I ever purchase jewelry again I will be stopping there first!
As soon as we entered we were greeted and received excellent customer service! The sales person was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She was able to adjust the watchband so it fit perfectly!
I always find the staff friendly and helpful. They have come to know by name and address me personally. They listen to what I want and make suggestions as to an alternative if needed. I have a necklace with a short chain and they took the time to show me longer chain but gave me a variety of choices.
Have dealt with Paris for years. I have bought my wife several high quality pieces from here. Recently had a customer service issue that was resolved quickly and easily by their customer service department. Definitely recommend.
