I saw a staff member shouting at some homeless folks by their back entrance in the back alley. Claimed they were taking up the parking spaces they weren't, there were plenty of places left and threatening to call the police they were just huddled together trying to keep warm. That's not very Christmassy. I won't be supporting any place that verbally abuses homeless people just existing.

Best prices and selection on used video games/guitars. Great selection of records - new records are price competitive.

BEST PLACE TO SHOP EVER!!! Plus where are you ever going to find cheap dvd prices like that?!?! So fun to get a $1 movie for a movie night

Good place to buy movies or CDs. They have a great selection of media and video games.  Not a great place to sell items, you don't get much money.

After working with the people at King of Trade for 3 years, I can honestly say they are amazing people. The staff there all care deeply about their customers and the community, and they'll make you feel like a friend when you walk through their doors.  Had I not moved away, I'd still be shopping there nearly every weekend!

I got an SNES controller today and the bearded man was so nice and helped me find it. When I got back home I tested it out and it’s way better than my two original ones. I’ll be going back to get another one to get the same quality game controller.

The staff are pleasant, accommodating, informed, and very helpful. They take the time to education and answer any questions. Their product is backed with a guarantee I've never had a problem with staff or their products. The prices are fair. It's also Great they offer an optional generous credit on account when selling items. Very easy to do business with. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Have bought many things here over the years. Staff has always been helpful and pleasant.  A lot of the complaints on here seem to be sour people that agreed to a trade that they didn't like. Don't do that. They are a pawn shop that needs to make money. Don't agree to trades you don't like.  Others seem to be people that felt the prices were too high. See above.  Overall this place is fine and you can even find some nice deals every once in a while. Recommended.

Its a good store, and good place to find a lot of cool random stuff to buy. Selling on the other-hand....I brought in some iron maiden vinyls to sell off 4 or 5 different ones, still in the plastic The guy looked at them all for a good 5 minutes...looked at me...and asked if they were 8-tracks...

I've bought many products at King of Trade from guitars, to amplifiers, recording equipment, camera gear, you name it. Everything is always clean as if buying brand new, and never had a single problem once I took it home! The staff are also friendly like you wouldn't believe! King of Trade is honestly a gem in downtown Lethbridge. 10/10 recommend!
