Tommy's Dining Lounge

What a nice little spot, Tommy's Restaurant turned out to be. We were in the building for a dentist appointment and when we came down we saw quite a few couples going in. We decided to go in, and so glad we did. I had the Linguini Primavera, the portion was HUGE, and so delicious! Hubby had the Meatlovers pizza and is still talking about how good it was. Our son had the Grilled Cheese Sandwich, he gave it a thumbs up. The waitress was very attentive and fast when we asked for extra condiments. It was busy but it was a calm atmosphere. We also got to watch the sunset from our seat. All around, an amazing experience!

I called in on my way home to pick up a pizza. Ordering was easy, efficient. The pizza was amazing as usual. It was ready within a few minutes of arrival and was hot ....... and then.. the waitress handed me the visa terminal to pay. Now to clarify...... when I dine in, I am a good tipper 15-20% based on service. Shouldn't be expected to tip if you are picking up, but it only shows a $-% but not a place for no tip. I asked and suddenly the waitress demeanor did a 360 ° turn...... said ... just punch in a zero and turned away. I tried to say something and was ignored. I'm happy to tip for service but not attitude. This took place on Tuesday Nov 1st around 5:00pm. There were only 2 customers, so I definitely was not taking valuable time from anyone. Pizza great .... waitress not so much. Very disappointing

Gotta love Tommy's! Been around forever... one of the few restaurants that are around and in the same location from 35 years ago. Old school pizza with lots of cheese and a great crust. Has both restaurant and bar side. $9/lb wing night every Monday!

If you like helping out small businesses in your community and having a great meal with excellent service, Tommy's is a great restaurant to try. The garlic cheese bread with bacon was excellent, the pizza was extremely good, and the Greek dishes were also very tasty.Food: 5/5

Im staying at the comfort inn, so I figured I’d try this place as it was right next door. Im giving three stars for the waitress, she was so nice. Im only giving three stars as the bartender who was working was very rude. She didn’t greet me, she just stared at me when I sat down. Like for a good minute, doesn’t say hi, just stares. Fast forward ten minutes, my take outs ready. Bartender just slides it across the bar to me, doesn’t say you’re welcome when I thanked her, just silence. Not sure what her problem was but it was so awkward I will not be going back.

Very solid pizza offered at Tommy's! Great Crust, a tangy tasty sauce and quality toppings. We ordered a Pepperoni, Green Olives and Bacon and were quite happy. The server was attentive and friendly. I reccomend this place for traditional Italian food. Check out their specials and great weekend breakfast!

A good place to stop by for a quick bite and a drink. The pizzas are famous. Had a gent come in for a takeaway and people enquiring about Tommy's pizza place on the road. Good and friendly staff. There are a few regular patrons. The Pork Nuggets are deceptively huge in portion sise and good for two! Onions Rings were hot and crispy. They serve Standard Beer and Spirits with sufficient choice.

We love Tommy’s for dining in and Take-out and have frequented it since moving to Kanata in ‘98. Their pizza is amazing and their Zucchini sticks are the best I have ever eaten! I love the vibe of the employees and would highly recommend this iconic Kanata restaurant!

Good food, great service but closing at 9 on a Saturday night with 20 people in the place is odd especially with big screen TV’s and games on. Covid is over. Not likely to come back.

First time trying this place and it's awesome food was great and the service was fantastic will definitely be back pizza was excellent
