The service here was great. Even with the restaurant jam-packed, my server brought my drinks and food quickly while also checking in with me on a regular basis. I also enjoyed the all you can eat house salad and garlic bread, along with pasta. Overall, it was an excellent lunch outing.Food: 5/5
Great experience every time.. one of the best fine dining experience in Kanata area. Food tastes amazing and menu is excellent. Favorite picks - Chicken Parm, Wings, Sliders, Spinach Dip, Iced Tea, Alfredo Chicken pasta.. must try!! Special thank you to our server - Brad!!! You are awesome!!!
I love the cheese capaletti! The little loaf of bread you get and the Caesar salad are great too! I appreciate them not putting bacon on my salad as well. Service is excellent!
Service was Great... attentive and helpful. Decor could use a good clean, I swear the table had some green hue to the wood. This is a restaurant that focuses on quantity over quality. Portion size is huge, they fill you with bread and salad, plus the meal. But the Food and Drink are below average in quality. As an example, Mozzarella Sticks are so obviously cooked from frozen, and were made somewhere else. The prices are nice for young families, and kid options are good too. If the Kitchen could just make some minor changes to the food, this might be a great place again. Now, it is a Fast Food restaurant, that barely tastes American-Italian.
There is plenty of space for dine-in, but they might be a little busy if you visit over the weekend. Staff is helpful with food suggestions and the service is pretty fast. We have tried different dishes and they all were flavourful. The price of the food is decent for the quantity. Also, they serve you with freshly baked bread loaf with butter at no cost, and it is unlimited. There are plenty of vegetarian options as well!
This place is usually pretty consistent. I love love love their non stop Caesar salad and the loaf of bread. Their mains are pretty good, and you will definitely leave feeling full!Recommended dishesCeasar Salad
We went to out for dinner after a hockey game at east sides one of my favourite franchises. This location in Kanata we where very disappointed in the service and food. The server kept forgetting to bring us bread and and refreshments. My chicken tetrazzini that I’ve had it other locations many of times usually has ample mushrooms, chicken, and tomatoes in the sauce. However, at this location, I got one mushroom two pieces of chicken and barely any diced tomatoes. Usually there is lots of sauce on the pasta. Stopped in while on a shopping trip with the family. Had a crew of 5 and anything above a 4 person seating area was unavailable. Luckily, the staff was very accommodating and allowed us to add a chair to get us seated quickly. Service was good, but very flighty. Took our order quickly, but as meal progressed just failed to bring out extras promised Cheese for salad, red pepper for pasta, drink refills. Food was all well cooked and good, but bread for the table was never refilled nor were we asked for dessert. Check was delivered quickly. Overall, food was great, service was decent. Chalking up hiccups to it being late and they seemed a bit busy. Would go back again.
Soup salad bread and pizza were all delicious. Service was friendly and fast. Bathrooms were very dirty. Paper towel everywhere. Sink ledges soaked. Not restaurants fault as this is the results of their customers but because people are messy they may want to check their bathrooms more. I wish they didn’t have to and people just knew how to use a washroom properly.
Chicken wings and bread are crispy outside, soft inside and warm. Salad is fresh. We had Italian wedding, minestrone soup and scallop carbonate. They are taste good.
