Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop

I am a regular at Tommy Gun's. This week I got my haircut from Sarah. SHE WAS AWESOME! She did exactly what I wanted, neatly trimmed and squared up the back. Great Shampoo and of course the little massage was nice on the scalp. Sarah made sure my haircut was one that would be noticed. It was..... my wife never says anything about my haircut but this time she complimented me on my haircut. That is how good it was! Thanks Sarah!

Booked in online and the expected wait time was 56 min, no problem so I requested a text notification for 15 minutes before my turn. I had no plans for today other than getting a hair cut so I waited. Never heard anything as almost 4 hours passed and now I see they are closing within 30 min. Not great customer service..

My grandsons love the decor and the cuts. I've been taking them since the age of 2, and the oldest is now 7. They are great with the little ones! It's not the cheapest place or I would give it 5 stars.

My son got a haircut on Saturday January 6.his birthday. After his hair was cut he got his Fox hooded coat back from the staff and realized his $30.00 touq was missing from the pocket and the jacket was too small ,it was a medium and his is an extra large. The staff took his name and cell number but basically said nothing could be done.so the guy that took his coat by mistake didn't wonder why there was a hat in the pocket or that his coat was two sizes bigger???? What if his wallet or cell was in the coat? I think Tommy gunns should pay for his $90.00 hoodie and $30.00 hat.and get a better system of taken care of people's coats while in their establishment. Ps .he likes the hair cut.but still upset about his loss.my wife called later and it seemed like the person she talked to couldn't be bothered by what happened.

I have been going here for quite awhile now. The prices have gone up quite a bit since I started going. Tommy guns just released their check in via online or by phone. This has bumped up wait times to over an hour consistently over the day. Instead of just walk in, wait 10 minutes, it's now nearly impossible to do that. Other than it going up in price and you must plan in advance to get your hair cut, it's a great place with a really nice atmosphere. There is a 2 minute head massage which is the best thing ever. I would give 3.5 but 4 stars it is.
