Came in to get my hair washed, blow dried and straighten. I am 9 months pregnant and had maternity photos. My hair was washed with cold water and the experience of the lady washing my hair was painful, she was so rough and had no regard for what she was doing. When drying my hair she first use a towel and roughlypainfully dry it, then with out brushing it used her fingers to “comb” my hair and just started blow drying, my hair is pretty thick so this did not feel nice at all. She never parted my hair in sections to make sure it was fully dry before she started straightening. During it you could tell some my hair was still damp in some spots but she just kept going… I had to re straighten my hair prior to leaving to get our photos and had just paid $51 for this service and I was maybe their for 35 minutes… I was really disappointed with this experience.Service: Hairstyling

Have not used their hair services here, but I was on the hunt for a particular hair product that was hard to find elsewhere, but I was able to locate here thanks to Judy’s help. She confirmed the product was in stock before I made the drive out to Abbotsford, which I really appreciated.
Paid a $4.00 sanitation fee for a chair that was covered in someone else's hair; clippers and attachments were laying on the filthy floor. Still, I wanted a cut and after 4 minutes in the chair getting a rush job, I was pushed out the door so that she could take the next customer ahead of her co-worker. When I went to pay, it was clear the employee had no training for the point of sale system and I had to dispute an incorrect charge.
I go to this Hair Masters on Vedder Way regularly Jima is my stylist. It is so conveniently located -close to Costco, Winners, Lowe’s, Pet Smart and all those places. There is always lots of Parking too. Their staff is friendly and know hair and products. They style and cut for women, men and kids. I’ve seen people with such great styled hair walk out the door smiling! Val
I've never actually gotten my hair done here but I've been a couple times with someone else and they seem to do pretty good haircuts. the thing that I have a problem with is, I got here 45 minutes before they closed and they "didn't have time" to do my eyebrows, even though they were open. and there's 2 ladies currently working right now, one was cutting someone's hair when we got here and the other lady is trimming my cousins hair, a man just walked in and both ladies apparently will "not have time" to trim his hair, they aren't closed yet I'm not sure why they're rejecting customers, they're still open for another half an hour. they definitely could've cut the guys hair, and/or did my eyebrows. like, already said no almost an hour before they closed. a bit ridiculous to me.
Reasonable priced haircuts but my last experience there was not Great sadly Cathy is very friendly but she cut my bangs and they are too short for curly hair BUT THE OTHER STYLIST IS RUDE. because of her I will not return. I did not catch her name
Surjeet is absolutely the best men's hair dresser I've had. I've moved away 2 years ago and recently stopped in during my travels for an appointment with her. With the continuing failed attempts at finding a new one where I live, she out does them again. If your tired of hairdressers who cut corners and don't seem to have a good eye for symmetry - try this place out!
Ladies were nice but the place is short staffed .... first in line and waited 45 minutes only to have to leave without a hair cut. Sorry but not going back there. I could have driven across town and got my hair cut with time to spare.
