Have been going to this salon for years. I have difficult hair to style and colour. Ruby is the only person I have found in BC that consistently gives me the perfect colour and cut. She is the undisputed "Queen of Colour." She is also a kind, caring wonderful person. Highly recommend. Sandra

I have a data base from 2008...I do not have "Judy Matell" on file... Sorry you had a haircut that you could not handle...try a trim at a school.

The owner is very pleasant but the haircut was terrible. I wanted my hair trimmed in the back but got a complete and different style with very, very, very short hair in the back and longer lengths in the front. I have never had so much difficulty trying to manage my own hair. I have resorted to buying a wig and will wear it when I'm out until my hair grows back. This will probably mean at least a year!!

I have known the owner for over 25 years and she has always treated me with kindness, respect and has given me excellent service. Her 40 plus year expertise in professional hair arts is very apparent when we receive the results we ask for. It takes an expert colorist to deal with my special type of hair. I highly recommend this shop.
