I had a great time here and dealing with Sydney was a pleasure, but it never seems to matter who assists me when I come in all of the staff is amazing. Sydney was patient with me and very helpful in answering all of my questions. The continuous service I receive could not be topped. Not only in setting up my cell plan and saving me huge amounts of money, but also looking into my home internet service and getting me a better package for much less. I strongly recommend Sydney as an individual rep, but the entire store to anyone I cross Paths with. As a Logger the companies I deal with usually go to a dealer farther north on the Island, but most now will drive the extra few miles to receive the highest level of service imaginable. Thank you Always, its a pleasure.

The staff at this location are always super helpful and cheerful. I had purchased my phone awhile back from them and every time I come in for help they always make the experience so memorable. The ladies and manager at this store are top notch. I've recommended them to all my family and friends. Keep up the great work !

Had a problem with my Iphone. I went in and Clint was fantastic. Took the time to update my software and show me how to get the best out of my phone. During the process he was charming and witty, making me laugh and keeping the process very friendly. The girls and him really have a grasp on what excellent customer service is about. Highly recommend this place!

I would highly recommend going to see Clint and his staff. They make the process easy and are very open to answering any questions. My family and I have gone in a few times after we got our phones to ask questions about our plans, etc and they have always been very open to helping. I would highly recommending going to Telus on Cliffe and seeing clint and his staff.
