We entrusted our home to Attache-TMS while we were overseas for three years. They found us fantastic tenants and maintained our home to an excellent standard. We were so pleased to return to such a well maintained home. I highly recommend their services.

Called urgently from Montreal last week to check on a listing they have on their website & told them I need extra 10 minutes to get to Ottawa to see the place. They declined my request & asked me to come on Monday morning. Seriously? are you in a hurry to go home? is this the type of service you provide?

Very thorough and attentive property management company. They take care of a fantastic unit in uptown where I reside, and always conduct business affairs with the utmost professionalism.

I rented with tms for approximately two years working closely with Tracy. It was great to always speak with her regarding any issues, although few ever arose and of the few that did, most were not a result of the company. She really made the rental experience pleasant.

Called to check in for an apartment that I needed ASAP, i asked alot of questions on the phone but they refused to answer most of them....they were like “ if you are serious about renting, come and see us”....like seriously? The rudest place I have seen in my life.
