THIS IS DYMON STORAGE LOSE MY STORAGE.. I NOT HAPPY WITH IT AND THEY EGO TO SELL TO MY STUFF.. DONT USE THIS DYMON ANYMORE.. DONT TRUST THIS DYMON.. NEVER AGAIN. ALSO MANAGER KAREN IS AWFUL NOT GOOD PERSON ... VERY RUDE NOT HELPFUL. LAZY.
Horable service .my car broke down in front of this location so i went inside to look around witch i needed some stuff from there & i also needed a place to stay warm as we are in winter and its -15 outside . The employee said to me “ if your not buying anything please leave because of covid” there was only me and him in there we for sure were more than 6 feet apart with mask on . So i had to wait out in the cold for my mecanic to arrive . So rude unhuman & unprofessional i will be buying my storage stuff at ikea. Instaid .
Despicable company...went it to purchase KN95 masks...a relative recommended this company...went in to get 50 masks, as they were .95 cents each...when I asked to confirm the price, was told 1.97 each. That is over a 100% increase in a week...my relative purchased a week prior to me....can't believe there are still companies still taking advantage of the public during a worldwide pandemic...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM....DISGRACEFUL COMPANY....I will be telling every person I know of my experience who will then tell every person they know...many people won't tolerate this type of price gouging....
Dymon Storage has become home to my small business and the experience has been first rate to date. The onsite security, climate controlled drive-through units, mailbox, vehicle parking, boardroom access for meetings, shredding services and regularly serviced restrooms for employees are just some of the amenities offered that make operating a busy seasonal business a bit more manageable and affordable. The onsite staff, particularly Jordan, are very friendly and willing to accommodate our needs when possible. Compared to other options in the city, the value offered at Dymon cannot be matched elsewhere. I highly recommend this location.
Walked in looking for some bubble wrap and staff was so friendly even though I don't even have a locker! Wrapped my item up for me no problem, was so kind.
This FIRM PROVIDED MY X-Wife, WITH ACCESS TO MY SECURE LOCKER, without ever notifying me whatsoever, they brought her in the elevator, then, walked her to my unit, for her to do whatever she pleased and never so much as called me, to ask me anything, No one has ever so much as apologised DO YOU WANT TO BE NEXT???

I prepared a file with the list of problems that I encountered with supporting evidence, the latter unresolved and I sent it by registered mail with signature. This being January 3, 2023. With the "tracking #" I knew it was delivered the next day on the 4th. The person who signed is what I thought was Amanda. Since then, complete silence. I would have hoped at least to receive an acknowledgment of receipt. I wonder why! Is it because my file will go before the Board of Directors, will have to be translated into English, or simply ignored, or something else? I have been a customer since 2014. I was in Kanata where I have always been well served. My problems started after I accepted the invitation to transfer my assets to Barrhaven. I thought I could reduce the size of the warehouse from 9x25 to at least 10x10 and thus save money. Bottom line I save $10.00/month. I admit that I am very disappointed! When I was talking about shortcomings in this company here is one! I regret your answer. I have already dealt with my problems with associates. That's not what I want. The President takes care of it. Today, February 4, 2023, one month after the delivery of my document to President Mr. Wilson. Still no answer, complete silence. Except the message which seems automatic, anonymous and which makes me tumble down to the associates. Me, who wants to go upstairs! I was able to go up in the structure, from a supervisor of the associates to his supervisor and everything stopped there. The first spoke French, the second, no. How to reach Mr. Wilson??? J’aurais au moins espéré recevoir un accusé de réception. Je me demande pourquoi! Est-ce parce que mon dossier ira devant le Conseil d’Administration, devra être traduit en anglais, ou tout simplement ignoré, ou autre? Je suis une cliente depuis 2014. Attirer son attention??? Je vais devoir y réfléchir …..
