Basil might be the most intelligent Toyota / Lexus tech I have ever met in my life. He has a thorough understanding of these vehicles to fairly and quickly diagnose issues.

Basil is a great owner, the service and attention is great! Very good prices! We have a Toyota Highlander and it had a oil leak, he noticed that it was from a hose from the front, he could have stayed quiet but then he called the dealer, because there was a recall on the hose, the hose was $470, and everything was covered by the dealer. Definetly would recommend! 5/5 - David & Mona

Basil is great. Honest mechanic. Hard working, knows his stuff. Hard to find a shop like this! Been with him for over 10 years and keep going back. Better capability to actually problem solve and repair than Lexus! He doesn't default to subassembly swap outs and unnecessary work. Specializes in Lexus and Toyota but does more. He's a Toyota trained "Pro Technician" and his guys are under his close supervision to do a quality job and treat customers right. He just invested a top of the line 4 wheel alignment machine that uses 3D technology, better than lasers.

We needed a repair urgently and Tlex accommodated us despite being very busy and charged what seemed to be a reasonable price. We would certainly go back.
