BIMMEX staff and technicians have always provided me with the utmost service and advice. Most importantly they are honest about what my car requires or doesn’t require. Unlike some repair shops they take an interest in my 20 year old E46 and keep it running like new. After calling multiple mechanics, who were rushing to get me off the phone, Bimmex were the only one that listened and asked so many questions to try to pinpoint my problem. Which made me feel confident towing my BMW 535i to them.  Brandon and the the rest of the staff tried to understand the whole problem, did a deep diagnose, and after a day they gave me the full analysis, all the options with prices, and after all this Brandon was honest enuff to talk as a person and not as a mechanic and tell me "we can fix it, but don't waste your money fixing this car" time to move on. Expensive labour charge, but trustable work.   There was one doubt I have not yet called back which is my tail left turn indicator light which did work before i dropped my car but didn't after i picked it up. I know this for sure because the left turn tick sound was normal always, now it is ticking quickly which is to show the light is not working. I 100% am sure this was normal when i dropped. Will call the service guy and report back with result

Love the way treat my car and pocket. Overall very good  for bmw and mini. Mine is mini and recommended compared to the dealership.

Bimmex has been servicing my BMW 530i for over a decade. Their service has been consistently reliable and met expectations. I took my car in last week to replace a the blower motor and regulator, b the differential air intake manifold actuator and c a ripped door cable and complete a couple of maintenance items. I spoke to Brandon, the service advisor, about the work requirements.  He was courteous and customer-centric as he booked an appointment to fit my schedule. He followed up with an estimate on the cost and time of work completion.  And he “delivered”.  The technical service was completed by Michael. As of to date, all is well. It was a pleasant surprise to see David's return as the Markham location manager. Surely David’s leadership will ensure continued customer satisfaction.  Highly recommended!

Had my radiator replaced after receiving an exaggerated quote from a certain franchise that I will not name.  Bimmex was able to quote me and take my car in for an appointment the same day, while doing a full diagnostics.  Professional, friendly and forthcoming but not pushy in any way is how I would describe the service; not to mention the quality of the work done. Highly recommended!
