I had a very disappointing experience with this service provider and would not recommend them to anyone. They failed to diagnose issues properly, often replacing parts unnecessarily instead of addressing simple problems—like changing the alternator when the issue was just a faulty wire. They also neglect customers with minor issues, prioritizing those with major problems and providing poor customer service. Despite asking me to leave my vehicle for one day, it remained untouched for several days, and I had to call repeatedly for updates, only to find it in the same spot where I had left it. Their lack of time management and disregard for customer value is unacceptable. When I tried to address the situation, they were dismissive and rude, showing no accountability for their actions. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and money, and I strongly advise against using their services.
