I was recommended this shop by a few guys at work and I am glad I came here. Having a Euro car some places charge a ridiculous amount. Sunny was great to deal with got me in as soon as he could and the service was great. I would not hesitate to bring any car here for service. All staff were friendly and good to deal with.
I have been to this place a couple of times now, and each time, the experience with this team has been phenomenal. Tanvir, Sunny, and Akash are extremely professional, knowledgeable, & respectful. The customer service is impeccable here. I completely trust them with repairs. Their prices are unbeatable. They won't do/recommend work that isn't necessary and will actually steer you away from unnecessary stuff ,nor overcharge even when some dealerships blatantly do so. My vehicle had some issues I took it in for a diagnosis/inspection. Sunny and Tanvir diagnosed the issue less than ten minutes and gave me their professional opinion that both rear quick struts and spings shocks should likely be replaced . I have taken my vehicle to dealerships, and they took all day to diagnose, charge outrageous inspection fees, and gave extremely high quote for replacement. This shop saved me hundreds of dollars on diagnosing and troubleshooting. Honest, trustworthy shop with very reasonable pricing. Recently, I had another matter with the vehicle, and they were incredibly accommodating. Akash and Sunny fixed my vehicle on short notice . They ensured I got my vehicle back in time so I wouldn't be without one for the holidays. I truly appreciate the professionalism and courtesy displayed throughout the entire process. It's no surprise why they have so many long-term repeat customers. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop. These guys are the best! They deserve an incredible rating for professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer care !!
