Great job by Logan! I went in on Sunday for a synthetic oil change, and everything went smoothly and turned out to be a great experience. The next day my check engine light came on, and I started to panic a little and called the shop. Luckily, I was able to get a hold of Logan again, and he told me to come in to see what was wrong. I went in and Logan was able to take a look underneath my hood. He tightened the spark plugs and was able to make the check engine light go away at no extra charge. Great experience highly recommend!

Stay clear of Edmonton location. Went there last Saturday morning for oil change and tire install. Downloaded coupons directly off the website the night before. Showed up and showed them the coupons. Got grilled on where I got them. The coupon did not state any restrictions however they told me that the coupon wasn’t valid. I was grilled by at least 4 different employees and the one I assume was the owner. To their credit after being grilled about it, they did honour it. The guy I had was only on the job for 2 weeks and was very condescending on many occasions. They ruined 2 of my rims while balancing them. They blamed that it was because of the plastic cover. I have had 3 sets of previous tires installed and never had an issue. Took almost 2.5 hours to complete. When they ruined my rims, they said the owner would call me on Tuesday. Surprise, he did not. So I called. He was not in but on both occasions, they advised me that he needed to talk to HR. Not sure why this is the case but now Thursday and still no call. Be careful of this place as they will not stand behind their work or mistakes.
Been going there for quite a while but up till yesterday Wednesday October 30 i will not be returning the long hair employee with glasses is the reason why…I was waiting in line like the next guy which he was in bay 1 and i was in bay 3 and he was there before me however he decided to switch from bay 1 to bay 2 and no employee told him to do so he did it on his own so bay 1 was finished and the door opened so i decided to back up around him and go to bay 1 from bay 3 and the emoloyee inside directed me in only to give me a diatribe how the guy in bay 2 now was here first before me and was waiting well if he wouldnt of moved from bay 1 to bay 2 it wouldnt of been a problem and by your employee and employees for that matter not giving proper direction control on these bays you have just a customer my time is just as valuable as the next guys…..its like going into a grocery store you pick one line to wait in but the next line maybe moving faster and you decide to leave your position in that line for another but then the line you were currently in goes faster and someone else takes that spot its the persons mistake for leaving that line you cant have the best of both worlds. So after being lambasted i told the guy close my hood and just left which you lost business from me and went to lube city. The way i was treated on Wednesday October 30 as a customer i am disgusted with this place.
I had so jet out of town and needed my oil change done quickly, Ty put the hyperdrive into light speed and preformed my oil change in a professional & supportive manner. they used quality products and took the time to preform quality service. The boys are quick on their feet and the good customer reviews reflect that.
