I no longer dread going to the dentist, which is a big deal for me, as I am a pain wimp and I had some horrible experiences when I was younger. At Dr. Finlayson's clinic I've had cleanings, a filling replaced, and a filling re-cemented a gold filling from decades ago and I haven't experienced any pain. Zero. Plus Dr. Finlayson and the hygienists & staff are cheery, efficient, and very good at explaining things. I've always been able to get in quickly for emergencies. The clinic is spotless and comfortable, and I've never had much of an office wait, if any, for an appointment to begin. I'm glad to have an excellent dentist I can trust.

I am pleasantly surprised at my latest dental work with Dr. Finlayson which included 2 dental implants and a connected bridge. I had less pain with the whole process than some standard dental fillingsnot from this dentist. His chairside manner is calm and comforting, he listens to your issues, provides options and recommendations, and for having to go to the dentist makes it as pleasant as possible. His prices seem reasonable with my online searches. Also enjoy watching the birds at the outside bird feeder while having work done, helps me relax.

Mr. Finlayson is the absolute best Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry that I have been to in my 45 years. I suffer from agoraphobia and until a partial filling fell out I had not left my home in 10 years but he made me feel very comfortable right from the start. He has the best bedside manner I have experienced from a dentist and the most shocking was the lack of pain I experienced from the last 5 visits I have had for a root canal, a couple cavities, a filling that needed to be replaced and teeth cleaning, on top of that he didn't numb me so bad I couldn't feel my lips for 5 hours, that's a huge plus. While he is around I will not be seeing any other dentist he's golden in my book and so is the dental assistant he had. Mr. Finlayson if you happen to read your own reviews not only do you do spot on painless work but you made it much easier for me to leave my home because I feel comfortable around you and your staff You Rock Sincerely, Mrs. Ledbeter

I have been to Dr Finlayson a couple times now and have enjoyed both visits. All the staff was very professional and friendly. When I took my son in to have his teeth looked at he actually sat still and allowed Finlayson to take a look at his teeth, he usually freaks out and will not allow any dentist or hygienists to look in his mouth. With my personal experience and my sons I would 100% recommend any and all to use this dentist office.

I recently chipped a front tooth and called Dr. Finlayson's office hoping I could get seen quickly. The helpful office staff made an appointment for me but also put me on a "cancellation list" to call me if I could be seen even sooner. I was called the very next day! Really quick service. I haven't been treated by Dr. Finlayson before, and was very impressed by his professionalism, his gentle touch and his chairside manner. He did an excellent job of matching up the filling color...so important as this was a front tooth! I returned a couple of weeks later for another filling, and again was extremely pleased with his work and gentle touch I have a small mouth and not all dentists are gentle, and was also pleased with the excellent care of his chairside assistant. I was very impressed with the x-ray equipment and other new processes for providing care -- so much less painful than x-rays used to be! I received positive feedback about my dental self-care, which is always encouraging, and will have no hesitation in returning for preventive care and dental problems.

You have come to the right place! This is The Best dental care I have ever received. Full Stop! Aside from the Staff and Doctor there, they have technology like I had never seen before that allows them create the Best outcomes for you and your teeth!

I’ve been avoiding getting my wisdom teeth out because they haven’t caused too much complications since they majorly had come in straight and have been mostly exposed for several years. Now that I’m 26 it was a good idea to get them out because the longer I waited, the more crowding my bottom row was getting and I couldn’t start invisible aligner treatment until the wisdom teeth were gone.. I had all 4 extracted on Monday morning, and have been recovering amazingly! I felt comfortable during the entire procedure even though I was dreading it prior. The dentist and the assistant were very good at explaining everything to me and even offered pain meds afterwards but I opted out because I have a high pain tolerance and typically heal pretty quickly in general. Also for anyone dreading their wisdom teeth removal, a knowledgeable and professional dentist like this will erase your concerns. I will definitely be going back to this dentist office for future dental needs and the office lady is always so nice and welcoming.

I needed to change dentist due to insurance company's and I certainly got the right one. Dr. Finlayson not only gives great shots he shows great compassion and gave me options, reasons and expenses to fix my failing bridges and respected my decisions. His assistant was knowledgable and made sure I was always comfortable. The office staff is also patient and wonderful. I am very happy I found this office!

I went to Finlayson on Thursday. Had a tooth extracted. Dentist used the term "oral surgery" because it was a very difficult extraction. He wrote a script for pain pills. The receptionist assured me if I had any difficulty to call and answering service would notify Finlayson and he would respond. Saturday called the answering service.....it is now Monday night and still no phone call. Hmmmmm. I was in such pain, thankfully had another resource and was able to get some pain pills. I am still on pain med because it hurts!!! My face doesn't look like "Popeye, the sailor man" anymore even tho it is still swollen. I will not be returning to Marshall and Finlayson ever again. Don't feel like paying for unprofessional behavior and lack of skills. If you need a dentist -- RUN I would never recommend this office. had difficulties with their service before but kept hoping
