One Community Health

All growing up, I got my dental work done here. I thought they did a great job. My mom on the other hand has been trying to get in for a couple months as an emergency patient. She'll even be the first one in line and see multiple people go ahead of her causing frustration. They finally made an appt for her and then cancelled on her. She understood the reasoning for cancelling but didn't bother to reschedule asap. I don't remember their customer service or management being like this. They tell her they will call and get her in next month. Well months have gone by. I hate seeing my mom suffer and for some reason they can't get her in. She even sits there waiting for 3 hours hoping to get in. Poor service. I hope they can improve the way they treat patients and take their pain into consideration. No one likes dealing with mouth pains that causes headaches!

You guys have always been there for my teeth since I was little. Always taking the time afterwards to give me good advice on how to better take care of my teeth.

I truly hope they got a new dentist since my traumatizing experience. If not Dr. Butcher should lose her licence! Lousy bedside manner.. Humiliated me over the condition of my tooth.. Like I was a nasty person and they attempted to pull a severely infected tooth out of my head , that she cracked in half and got angry when I screamed in horrible agony.
