Tireland - Tireland Courtenay

Owner drove away with my key after replacing my tires. Apparently he doesn’t own a phone so no way of getting in touch with him. Now stuck at their shop, hoping he will return sometime today so I can drive my vehicle again. Horrible, horrible experience with Tireland Courtenay. I recommend staying away from this business!!!Service: Tires

My boyfriend got a set of 4 tires for a reasonable price with a great protection plan and they were on the truck within an hour and a half. All the staff was friendly and customer service was great! I got given a flower before we left which made my day a little brighter!

I was very impressed with The guys at Tireland. They provided quick professional service at a time when I desperately needed help. I broke down in the pouring rain in Qualicum, having to have my Jeep towed somewhere,, I chose this repair shop because I had tried them a few times before and they beat all other prices and were very kind and honest. As a single lady who knows very little about mechanics, I felt assured my Jeep was in good hands. I send all my friends to Tireland because I trust them more than any other shop in the Comox Valley. This shop did our front brakes. On the very first trip after the vehicle came out of there the front end was soo hot both hubcaps were lost. After jacking it up, it was seized and undrivable. It cost us thousands of dollars in additional repairs and towing..Stay away, no quality control here.Service: Brakes

Myself and my family have used tire land in the past with fairly decent service but that changed today. I went in looking to get my tires swapped out with some new ones I scored on face book as the guy bought them but sold his car so didn’t need them. I told the manager I got them off face book and considered “used”. Right away I wasn’t getting good costumer service as he asked for a wheel lock and I said I didn’t know if my car had one. Continued to walk into shop while rolling his eyes chuckling. Awkwardly leaving the building I new that this was going to be a hassle. My son and I went to the park that was conveniently near by for about and hr and a half. When we returned I noticed the tires aren’t swapped and the manager says we don’t install new tires you buy from other vendors. Disregarding what I had told him previously. No sorry no nothing hand me my keys and doesn’t say anything.. This is also a month after I brought my sister in to get 900 buck worth of tires and myself getting a tire rotation. If your looking for lacklustre customer service this is the place for you! Sorry Tireland never again!Service: Auto tire replacement

Shout out to Tireland. I got a flat tire on the way to Victoria. All tire shops booked up. Fixed my tire same day during busy season so I could get on my way. So kind and helpful. Truly appreciate the pride customer service.

Even just looking this place up to write this review makes me so disappointed! Went in for a nail in my tire. Had it fixed - tire was flat the very next day. Owner said I must have got another nail in my tire! Seriously. This is basic work/ patching a tire - and he wouldn’t even honour his most basic work! Took it to another tire shop and APPARENTLY the tire was botched by the work done here. So now I had to buy a brand new tire AND will have to get 3 more to be ok for my drive train- the older tread on my other tires and the new tires will mess it up. Avoid this place like the plague. A nail in my tire will end up costing me almost 1000$!! The other tire shop that helped me is the same name as this tire shop no relation and is in Qualicum! We arrived last minute and he helped us and did an amazing job. Said people come from Vancouver just to have their work done by him. He even called this useless place in Courtenay- without us asking and the owner was….. you guessed it! Useless. Remember one nail = almost 1000$!!!! At this place. I used to work here and the management is very demanding always yelling at employees wich is very uncomfortable and not enjoyable . On the other hand he pushes his employees hard and gets the job done correctly with proper equipment and in a timely manner for the customer

Outstanding service and I highly recommend anyone to to purchase tires here. They are honest & straight forward which was very refreshing after having huge issues at the glossy tire shop down the road. The tech identifies right away what was happening to my tires. This is where I’ll be getting all my tires and tire work done from here out.Service: Tires
