The owners and staff at CRVS exclusively use Care automotive for all our personal vehicles. We have all had good experience with diagnostics and repair of all manner of vehicles. If you are looking for a shop that combines knowledge and professionalism with honesty and integrity, call Gord or one of his staff members.
Myself and my family have been using care auto for about 6 years now. These guys are the best at what they do, on top of that they are honest quick and not trying to take advantage of anyone. I highly recommend CARE AUTO!!
DON'T GO HERE !!! TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOME PLACE ELSE!! Wrong coolant was added after service replacement of Thermostat, 5 year orange Dex-Cool was supposed to be used instead of universal 2 year green. As result, radiator coolant has gelified which occurs when you mix two differing coolants. There is potential damage occurring to radiator, engine parts, water pump, coolant lines, transmission cooler lines. I noticed the jellifyed coolant at a third party auto shop where the truck was getting an oil change. They noticed the coolant was mixed and that it had jellified & suggested I do a proper flush. To add insult to injury, when asked about it, Gord at CARE AUTO was defensive & pointed the finger at the third party stating they upselled me. I assured him that I researched this issue with several professionals who agreed that the flush was needed as CARE AUTO mixed 2 different coolants. Gord, rambled about the 2 year universal green coolant and how it doesn't matter. Well Gord, it does matter, especially when the radiator coolant cap says Dex ONLY. Gord gave it some thought and ultimately decided not to take responsibility/accountability which goes against CARE AUTO mission statement "If something isnt right, we promise to make it right!" No responsibility No accountability Primitive Defensive Rude Unprofessional POEPLE OF THE INTERNET, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOME PLACE ELSE. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
I only put one star because it’s impossible to give no stars. Find any other garage to service your car, unless you are rolling in money. Pricing is literally extortionService: A/C installation & repair
These guys are awesome. Have been using them for my automotive needs since they opened. Never had an issue with Care Auto, also helps that you can enjoy a beer right next door!
I had park brake repaired and works now as it should. I can testify all positive comments about this shop are true. I,m a car guy and fussy and these lads are top drawer, this is my go to shop. I must add if you need service give this place a shot,they are busy for a reason...right??Service: Auto brake repair

Gord and his team have been my go to shop for a couple of years for all of my vehicles maintenance and inspections. They are honest and the work that they do is guaranteed. This is the first garage that I've been to that also checks for outstanding recalls. They truly want you and your family to be safe.
