Food wasn't bad, but the reason for 1 star was because of one of the staff members. Was a young girl who had long brunette hair with blonde ends, never grabbed her name. Bad attitude, constantly on her phone, and not wearing a mask. Literally a province wide mask mandate and your employee isn't wearing one? Not a good look. Won't be returning because of her.
My wife and I live in the area and tried this restaurant in the hopes we could add another spot to the rotation. Unfortunately it wasn't great. The server was very friendly but didn't seem like she had a ton, if any, serving experience. Almost felt like she was filling in because someone didn't show or maybe because of covid they were trying to save with a family member? Perhaps that was the case. She was friendly enough so give it a pass. We ordered three items. One was ok and the other two were not great. Wings were big, chewy and the batter wasn't great and overcooked. Anyway, maybe we'll give it one more chance later in the summer but first impressions weren't great.
We ordered 30 generous chicken wings for $30...receiving a 6 pack of Coors light for free..amazing what a great deal would certainly go back.
In response to this guy Ruari's comment what kind of human being are you to wish another human being ill? I hope you are happy now that the place is closed down like so many other small businesses that have families to feed.
